A Mission
It all started with a simple belief: Pet parents and their furry pets deserve more when it comes to grooming your pet.
In the spring of 2021, at the height of COVID, and a recent move back to Springfield, MO we found ourselves in a black hole of despair. Our twin boys were in high school, and the only way we could rise from this deep dark place was to get a dog. We decided to get a Bernese Mountain Dog, Lyla, and she saved us all. She loved us back to life. Her first groom was not a good experience, and she was there for eight hours, waiting her turn, in a cage, with a groom that was not favorable for her breed.
That experience led me to Zoomin Groomin, and I knew I could make a difference for pet parents and their fur babies. We were not just launching a brand. We were building a community.
What began as a single location has grown into something far greater. But we have never lost sight of why we started - to create a business where people could find purpose, build legacy, and feel proud of what they do every day.
